I had problem with Samsung Pulsator, I purchased T Wrench, removed the Pulsator by myself. I just called Samsung Centre and they sent a person, who just placed the Pulsator plate and then I screwed it back, for which he demanded ₹1,500. Even they themselves rated 5 ☆ on the customer feedback form. I will never again go for this service centre. Really Worst Experience.
