Very poor service experience. I visited this shop for a Vivo Y35 fingerprint sensor (power button) replacement. A technician named Nani was assigned and quoted ₹650 with 3 months warranty for a piece-to-piece replacement. Based on this estimate, I agreed to proceed. Before making the payment, I tried to configure the fingerprint sensor. It immediately threw an error. When I pointed this out, the technician claimed it was a software issue and said it could not be fixed within the agreed price. This raises a basic question. How was the estimate given without even verifying whether the sensor would work? That shows a lack of technical understanding or careless diagnosis. After questioning this, my phone was taken back and I was made to wait nearly one hour. Eventually, I was told it could not be fixed, and my original broken sensor was put back. On top of that, the technician behaved unprofessionally and remarked that his time was wasted, as if my time had no value. This is unacceptable behavior and reflects poor service standards. Advice to customers: Before giving your phone for repair, ask the technician’s name and experience. Do not rely on estimates without proper testing. I will not recommend this place based on this experience.

Owner is rude and shouted on me when asked for exchange. Dont go to this shop for remote.. All are duplicate products, no MRP- they set their own price. WASTE OF MONEY
