I took their gas filling service and noticed that they charged a higher price. After the service, I felt they were charging more about the cost and decided to inquire about the price for a complete gas filling. I sent the model of my AC to another technician and confirmed that they had indeed overcharged me. To my surprise, only one person came to our house to fix the AC, without any helper. This meant we had to assist him while he was on the ladder. What's even more frustrating is that this technician seemed inconsistent with his statements. He would say something initially, but later deny having said it. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Despite their high ratings, my actual experience with their service was quite different. In response to your reply: I called on the number which I got from the same google page where I am writing the review and you have sent the technician. So I am pretty sure I took services from you. I spoke to the technician on the same day and he is not able to solve my problem. Now after around 8 months of taking your service how will you help me in resolving the issue. To clarify I am not your competitor, I am truly a customer who took the services. You can check my other reviews If I am a competitor I would have posted reviews in the same way for other AC service businessess which I haven't hope this clarifies.

Good salesmanship but not a good service provider Very commercial in approach Unreliable service One of My two Window AC (Haier model) recently provided by BCS in replacement for my old Sharp window AC started giving trouble with in 3 months of installation. Problem: Compressor is not getting started intermittently. BCS staff attended and I was surprised when I was told that relay was burnt probably due to voltage fluctuations, inspite of having stabiliser for the AC and powered through MCB. I was told it would cost RS. 2800 for the relay to be replaced/ rectified without charging for service. On a second thought, I called another technician as I suspected foul play by them. The other technician diagnosed that the AC was running on dry mode. He cleaned the filter and on changing to cool mode the compressor started running and cool air started flowing. This technician charged Just Rs 250 for services. Thus, I lost trust on Bhavani Cooling Systems firm. They are not reliable

I have called them many times for second hand AC. They told AC is available. However, he wasted my time as he didn't share location of the store even after seeking multiple times and even stopped picking up calls. Poor and irresponsible response. Also, google location is wrong and this shop doesnt want to share their new location.
