Service is good and polite. But the service engineer and Hitachi did not take the responsibility of the damage they directly did to me at my house during the installation, They broke my balcony wash basin and it costs me around INR 2300. I need to bare the loss that they had did to me.

I have had a very negative experience with this service center. They have been working on my Hitachi air conditioner for 20 days without identifying any issues, despite it being only 10 months old. There seems to be a lack of senior technicians, and the service managers and team are unresponsive to customer calls, providing no updates or progress on resolving the problem. It’s shame to Hitachi having this kind of Authorized Service centers.
