1. They say that your AC will get repaired in 3 days. It’s been 15 days since I gave my AC for repair and still It’s not repaired. 2. The shop is only 10*12 feet. They don’t give you any slip or job sheet if you give your item for repair. 3. They will ask you to come tomorrow to get your AC and when you arrive far from 100 KMS, you will find the shop is closed without any intimation. 4. The weird part is, the shop has only 1 key that was with a worker. If that worker is on leave, the owners of the shop also can’t open the shop and you have to come other day. 5. Since they don’t maintain a job sheet or any infomartion about the defect of the item you gave them, whenever you call them about the repair status, they will ask you - whats the product you gave for repair, what’s the issue, when was it given, what’s the phone number that you gave us. I called them 7 times in 15 days and I went through these questions 7 times. 6. My suggestion - If you want your AC to get repaired quick go for someone else. I approached these guys after watching the reviews and a you tube video but I went through all of this stress.

Hi, I have brought daikin ac one year back invetor model and it got repair after 13months I have booked company service engineer they told outdoor pcb got repaired now you have change the pcb cost of 11500/- and called local technician and he told it will get give me 6000/- i say I will call you back and Googled just in vijayawada pcb repaired I got frist name Ramakrishna electronics and reviews also super and I have a call to him they bring I will repair it with cost of 1000/-below. And took next day with PCB and he repaired with 1hour and called me it has been repaired you can take back and they charged 1000/- and again I called local technician and fitted now it is working total cost is 1600/- only have been got me where is 12000/- and where 6000/- so. At last Ramakrishna electronics have superb job.
