I have a Voltas split ac under warranty 100 times I call for service with provided complaint number two times machanic came without any tools , says he can not fix leak as he don’t have tools, I am keep calling Varanasi service centre they don’t pickup phone , if some time pickup they say technician will go tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes. When I try to call call centre they says they will send someone now it’s 15 days after complain.
