Has always been an excellent shopping experience. We've been consistent customers of this store for 20+ years. Well trained and eager staff. Special kudos to Deepa and Dipali for helping us out with the best options for our requirements. We actually walked out with every single thing we were looking for, in the best of range.

I visited here many times and brought many things such as washing machine, R.O. etc. My experience was really amazing here. Staff are really very helpful to us. They gave information about each and every items very perfectly 👌 👍 apart from that, this place is literally well maintained and very clean. I got so many electronic items at one place. I really very satisfy. Must visit this place. ☺️👌👍😀✨️🫶❤️🥰🙌

They are very unprofessional , they will give fake promises of delivery and installation , and on top of that despite giving them the address they make a mistake. I wanted delivery and installation in Sama savli, but the installation people said that the address given to them was for Bhayli area. We had to re-schedule everything. And they themselves add on the warranty of AC’s for 2 years while buying it without informing us. Pathetic service. Their VIP road centre is still better. But now I am never stepping foot in centre square outlet.

This to express my deep disappointment with the experience I’ve recently had at store. I purchased a Juicer Mixer Grinder, and shockingly, the product handed over to me turned out to be damaged from Very Beginning. It's more concerning is that it appears your staff interchanged the damaged product very smartly at the time of purchase, which is completely unethical and unacceptable. After raising the issue, I was told that nothing can be done, What’s even more frustrating is that your team refused to take responsibility. which further shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. I trusted Croma for genuine products and reliable service, but this experience has severely shaken that trust. To everyone Please Thik Before purchasing with Croma

Worst experience ever. Bought an induction that failed within 48 hours. The "home repair" promise is a lie—they won't even pick up the phone. The sales team is helpful when taking your money but completely useless when the product fails. I am using a faulty piece despite it being under warranty. Avoid this Croma branch at all costs!
