I had purchased AC and it came with 3 free services. When I requested for free services and gave specific instruction to service team. The guy did not call me before coming to home. I raised the issue again but service team was not able to provide specific timing for next day even failing to act on 1st call. Post I spoke to showroom person, I was assured that service guy will come before 12, next day I waited till 12 and left for office. I dialed up both service center and showroom person to register my disappointment. None of them were apologetic about it . Worst service delivery system. Never ever purchase from them, better to buy from authorized dealer and avail good services. their staff work from 11 to 5 only. Zero service.
