Patel service

Most pathetic service ever. They charged me 1000 rs for servicing my washing machine. I told him that if the issue persist I will call you again. He agreed and said will provide service. But after calling multiple times nobody came. I would never recommend this guy to anybody.

Very poor service, I told them my washing machine is not spinning at the very first time but they kept saying that your pump and drain motor is faulted. They charged 2600 and now it is in the same condition or I should say that it is worst than previous. Now today another man from their company itself came and check and he is saying gear box need to be replaced. Zero customer service Zero customer satisfaction Zero honesty Only want money in every possible way.

Hi, please DON’T ever contact this business. These guys are big SCAM! They’re robbing the people under the name of AC service. They will charge you 300 rupees to just WASH your AC with a bucket of water!! Yes! I’m not joking! Last day, two boys came to service my AC and they cleaned the filter using blower and watered the compressor from outside using a bucket of water! They packed up the things in exact 8 minutes and 2 mins took me to made payment to them so in 10 minutes they took 300RS and ran away!!! These guys don’t know the difference between SERVICE and WASHING! Please don’t waste your money!!

I call technician from Patel Service then he said that Rs 100 is visiting charges and parts charges extra. I said ok. Then his technician come for checking of my washing machine and reply that your PCB fail. I ask charge for same then he reply that for new Rs 3700/-and for repair Rs2800/-.I agreed for repairand paid Rs 100/- for visiting charge. Next day he come with PCB then said your motor is failed again same state ment that new motor is not available in market so you can purchase old in Rs 1600 then again i agree then he take my PCB and Motor for repair andnot returned till my post. I want suggest that you don't call him for service.

Please don't contact them for any services. I have just got my washing machine repaired from them they charged me 1400rs for saying motor is damage and after 1 day my machine started having another issue. I called these giys but they do not respond after taking money. Once they take your money after that forget it.
