Samsung Service Center - Washing machine Refrigerator Ac repair

Very bad , address totally wrong, given mobile number not connecting, no board ,direction, no one knows. Address finding is extremely difficult. Tried today.

Worst Experience at Samsung Care I had a terrible experience at Samsung Care recently. Despite positive reviews, my visits were frustrating and poorly handled. Visit 1 - Inconsistent Timings I arrived at 7 PM, well within their working hours (up to 8 PM), but was told they stop attending customers after 6 PM. If so, why list 8 PM as closing time? Visit 2 - Spare Parts Issue I had called ahead and provided my phone details, yet when I arrived, they said the spare parts weren’t available, and I had to come back another day. Visit 3 - Rude Behavior When I finally returned, despite having the parts, they made me wait unnecessarily. The staff was rude, with one employee making disrespectful comments in Gujarati, assuming I didn’t understand. The store manager was helpful, but other staff members were unprofessional, which made the entire process unpleasant. Conclusion What should have taken one hour required three separate visits, and the poor customer service made the experience even worse. All i can hear was that sir give a good review to us, which is why i think they have fake ratings overall i would try to avoid this care center.

I had a problem of very low supply of inlet water in washing machine.Two technicians visited my place and rectified the fault to my satisfaction.

Samsung has always excelled in providing after sales service service for their products. I got 2 phones to repair - one with back panel fixing issue and another one dropped dead from 4th floor. Samsung customer service team at saffron tower supported well to solve both these issues timely with least cost. Kudos to Sajag Soni and his team!!! Keep up the good work!
