Krishna Services ( NOT LG Authorised service center)

He is not at all professional. He checked our washing machine and said that it will be costing 4500 and we confirmed the same. He did some work and we checked but the issue was there. He said let the machine work for a day or two then it will be fine but no improvement. We called him for the issue and he shouted that I will not visit, do whatever you want to do. We felt cheated by this guy.

The technician, Tejasbhai has been always extremely helpful, on time and gave perfect guidance.

WORST SERVICE. My ELCB was tripping due to fault in microwave. I gave microwave for service there they charged me Rs1200 for PCB repair but issue was not resolved. I checked all my home wiring, it was OK, all appliances are running OK. On calling them they said bring the microwave to our shop we will check again. I took it there again and there they said it is a problem with your ELCB and they can’t do anything, without even looking into the microwave. Rude and pathetic behaviour, worst service. VERY POOR SUBJECT KNOWLEDGE.

My 3 year old washing machine stopped working 10 days back, when I called LG services customer care they assigned this Krishna services for service and repair, in these 10 days they have changed sensor, wrong wiring and still not repaired, the so called owner Mr. Rajesh don't not even 1% about his products and staff quality. All staff are like YouTube taught unprofessional engineers, totally wasted my 10 days and don't know of how many people they would have looted .. never ever books this worst service shop

Krishna Services is a very Best service centre for all types of Washing machine in Vadodara. Mr. Tejasbhai is a very Talented & knowledgeable person. Whenever we call for washing machine they pick up the phone immediately and answer us. And soon comes for service. What's wrong with washing machines? They can understand immediately. And accordingly repairs very nicely. Tejasbhai's team is also very smart and helpful. Tejasbhai's nature is also very kind and helpful. God bless him and his family.
