I had a very frustrating experience with Udaipur Maintenance regarding my heater. After waiting and following up for 10 days, they informed me they couldn’t repair it. To make matters worse, they tried to return the heater in an unassembled state, which was completely unacceptable. This level of service is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for their customers. If they couldn’t fix the heater, the least they could do was return it in the same condition. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone who values their time and money.

Booked them for split AC service, service was ok and took 20 minutes the guy arrived pretty late than the time committed. Pricing is also on the higher side.

I am very sorry, I cannot provide 0 rating but this business is worst. I have asked for service for my washing machine on 16th April 2024 but nobody came till date.

Not committed on the maintenance price they asked for, charged higher amount also the guy was with rude behavior...not recommend..totally disappointed
