Very pathetic services. These guys don't respond at all and doesn't solve the customer problem in a said timeline I have purchased a party speaker and it took more than 45 days still the product is not yet repaired and they aren't ready to replace it even after we have paid the extra for extended warranty Highly disappointed and frustrated with the services. Truely not recommend anyone to purchase any product from the store

Worst Ever service provider, when you go back after purchasing the product they ask for long process to provide service by any third party, which do not provide any response to the work and ultimately you have to rush to any other service providers for your product, also if u email them about this they will block you. They just want to sell the product with a smile and doesn't even bother after that. Worst experience received from CROMA

This place is very clean and attractive and the goods are also kept in this place in an orderly manner, which makes it easy to see and buy goods.There's something about this place that just draws me in. Maybe it's the awesome staff who are always willing to lend a helping hand. They're not pushy or salesy, just genuinely friendly and helpful. It's refreshing to feel welcome and cared for like that and Tata always provides best value to its customers. Best prices & bank offers available on all products at Croma.

Croma in Udaipur is near celebration mall, around 10mins if you are walking. The prices of commodities here is higher than Reliance Digital, so incase you have to buy something compare the prices in both the stores. The staff is does not has enough knowledge about offers, prices and specifications about products. They do not value customers' time. They will stall you and waste your time. Being in customer service type of jobs, customer should be your priority but they fail in understanding this. We had a very poor experience in the store and at the same time one other customer was also yelling because they wasted his time as they were not aware of the offers. We visited the store like 3 times because we were confused between Imagine store, Reliance Digital and Croma. All three visits were more worse than the previous one. The staff won't have this courtesy also to apologise in case they make any mistake. If you need something from Croma exclusively then just go, get your stuff and do not expect anything else. Very poor staff and no sufficient knowledge with them.
