Worst service.. had a very bad experience with these people for my pressure motor... they have no idea of it, and blamed the plumbers.. and I spent so much on it, and still not fixed. And then they started evading my call once they knew tat they don't know how to fix the issue.. they shud b ashamed to represent crompton as authorized service center.

Don't ever get your fan serviced here. The technician doesn't know anything. He came home went and never returned. My fan lying idle home for more than one month. The owner doesn't respond properly. The technician doesn't lift calls.

very worst service and customer handling is very poor he is work like a (eye less) exmaple , phone call response also poor . i will try to 1 week to phone call but not pick the phone call

Useless fellow, they will not pick the call as well there is no proper communication, am waiting for a week to repair my water heater. But no response from them

They charge for general replacement for every fan 250 rs. Highly costly. General electrician will charge rs.50 for every fan service.
