The service is overall poor , not knowledgeable people always their calling their manager , service person only knows basic things My carrier AC got problem , more than 3 months the issue not fixed Call attend lady behavior really worst

I booked for free service & the service call was attended by one Gowri, who was so kind enough to listen & sent a boy namely Yogesh for service. He did the service fantastically using a bag without putting dust on the floor. Both service & technician have done a fantastic service. I am A.Jeyanthi Tahsildar. I know how to rate when u give stars. But unfortunately I don't know how to rate when there are smilies. They both Gowri & Yogesh & the seller deserves more than 5 star ratings. Please keep stars for rating instead of smilies. Elderly people may not know the meaning of smilies. Thanku so much. I love carrier A/c & its services
