Customer handling - Worst handling, not ready to talk on issues Products - Took a window AC. Not good product for rental. Pricing - High pricing Not polite, Greedy for money. Overall feed back - Never ever will suggest this shop

First of all, this doesn't even deserve a one star rating. Installation of the so called old model AC never happened and was totally a disappointment and fake. The company took an advance (without giving receipt) of Rs. 1500 one day ahead. The company did not take care to even check the input voltage required to supply the AC input. Though the owner and a "so called" senior personal from the agency visited our home to check their requirements one day ahead, they did not bother to check the input service voltage. No measures were taken to even attempt to install even a stabilizer. The AC was a very old model and the compressor kept tripping off automatically in 3 to 5 minutes. The company then later said that the EB service has a problem and wanted us to correct it by bringing our electrician saying that it is to be taken care by customers or is not under their scope. It is common sense that it is the duty of the installer to check input before installation. We were swindled off money Rs. 2100 for the AC not even functional for 5 minutes continuously. The conveyance charges and additional switch control rent also were given for no fault of ours and a non-working system. The owner was very arrogant and kept arguing continuously for over an hour till he got the money that too with senior citizens. Worst "service" ever. Highly unprofessional. Please don't get cheated by calling them.

Money minded and cheap quality spares For small service AC he has charged 7000, when enquired outside it was only 1500. After 1 week problem came again, he told he can service again only for 6500. Blaming that electronic components no warranty or guarantee. What components he has is low standards will not last long There are better ways of doing business, what he does is cheating
