At first they worked well but after that I had called 2 more times for their service after a few months They are not answerable I'm disappointed with their work

Excellent service by Sridhar as usual. AC cooling was very low and out water tube leakage on the wall. He checked it thoroughly and fixed by removing the unit completely to fix PVC pipe to prevent water leaking in the wall as well as preferred giving jet wash this time since no fungus formation. He handles the machines with care without minding about the time its taking. Now the cooling is really great in 28° temperature even. Glad that he's given genuine service without fooling customers by gas filling for the sake of money. Thanks to Sridhar and team.

Quick response same day on one call. No follow ups, Very good service.The technicians are very polite and explained all the technical details very clearly. Very professional people. Forgot the name of the technician - Monish, I think. He educates us on many things about the AC and also explained on how to maintain it. Very good cooling now after service. Very good service... highlight is they have not spoiled the room, taken utmost care while water service in the room...no single drop inside the room... clearly explained the problem...got our consent and then solved it...charges are nominal... highly recommended for others who are in need..
