Shiva, arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the faulty heating element. He explained the repair process clearly and provided an upfront quote. Excellent Service!! The technician was highly knowledgeable and did not push us to buy any unnecessary parts.. We had our 10L geyser serviced by him and are extremely satisfied with the results.. There was a heavy salt blockage (around 3–4 kg), which he cleaned thoroughly.. The geyser is now working perfectly and back to its optimal performance.. He is approachable, efficient, and clearly skilled at his work.. Highly recommended!!
