I have a Panasonic AC installed in the 3rd floor of my flat. The AC was installed by the authorised service centre. Their installation was not proper and I frequently faced leaking issues once it rains. The authorised service person was not able to fix the problem. I found airplex on google maps and when contacted they acted swiftly. They came to my place the same day I contacted them. They climbed down from top and made a bend at the hole behind the indoor unit and changed the drain pipe and applied white cement near the drainage pipe. They did the annual service also. Now the problem has been totally resolved and I am so grateful for their service. The charge was also very reasonable for the kind of service they did. Highly recommended. Will call them for any further HVAC needs.
