Bought Blue Star AC from them. Very good product with excellent cooling. They came for preventive maintenance as they call it even without our asking for it. Very polite and technically competent staff. A lady introducing herself as the MD even called us to take feedback on the product and the service. Would very much recommed to all.

Very bad experience, i am sajin electronics engineer. Not satisfied with this service provider. I purchase A/c from technocrats appliances two week ago.. Installation time they provide stand and asked 900rs,that same stand I purchase from sonok only 250rs.and Return my stabilizer for replacing.. They this time give back damaged old stabilizer..They are clearly cheating me,i am well experienced in electronic field..then Wat about the common man?

I had asked for a repair of my AC nearly two months back. First their technicians came and found out the problem. Some small welding work was needed in the outdoor unit. I have been repeatedly calling them for the past two months but no response from them. They are making bad name for a good brand like blue star. Poor service.

Very good customer service, will get Blue Star products in better price.
