AC leak and gas refilling scam. Genuine customer review This blue star service centre first They will first identify 2 or 3 leaks in system but these guys will not completely weld or close the leaks they will just weld one leak and refill the gas and Charge exorbitant rate nearly 4000 .Then what happened after two weeks the AC will stop working with same issue. So we'll contact them they will come back then check there is no gas they will again quote charge four thousand rupees , no job warranty or any thing,This is the biggest scam happening in Bluestar AC right now in 2 week again 4000 again my god. It’s only 1 1/2 year old AC. What I am currently doing is I put an Instagram poll and a lot of people are contacting me similar kind of situation happened to them. So this is a proper scam I contacted few online media and Sreekandan Nair sir and Asianet FIR Manu to make a video regarding this issue because these guys are cheating the customers a lot they will not find the leak properly they will straight away will not fix it they will just refill the gas they again within two weeks it will happen and they will charge again. What is this and they are scamming this poor customers I cannot handle this so what I am doing is I will poll in Instagram please do reply in Instagram and I'll be putting a video in YouTube also so people should understand the situation then we should come together make a group and report to online media and tell the situation we'll make a story about the scam and we'll find it out who is the culprit okay so we cannot give these guys four thousand five thousand rupees every time for repairing AC this is a big scam happening in AC industry right now especially this Bluestar service centre and this service centre is a crook he doesn't want to repair your AC he just want your money , from last one month i am following up this guy and he is not responding I went to his office also, he will just delay delay, AC gas out of stock all those things he say and don't believe this guy from Bluestar service centre. I'll be contacting Bluestar all India head sales head ,Kerala sales head ,Kerala service center head ,I'll be contacting everyone and informing the situation . so we'll poll it inInsta and YouTube we'll come in a group and we'll find it out who is cheating, whoever have have a problem we can mass report in this consumer court Kerala together.

Worst AC brand experience – Never buying Blue Star again I will never recommend or buy a Blue Star AC again. This has been the worst product and service experience for my family. I bought 2 Blue Star ACs. Within 3 days of installation, one unit’s compressor failed. Though the unit was replaced, the entire process was messy and extremely inconvenient. Now the second AC has the same compressor issue. The service team says it will take around 20 days just to inspect, and then they may replace the compressor. On top of that, they are asking me to pay for gas refilling, even though the gas was already used due to their faulty product. This is completely unacceptable. This situation has caused huge inconvenience to my entire family. My mother has also faced repeated issues with Blue Star ACs, with multiple service visits and problems still continuing.

**Disappointed Review of Blue Star AC Service** I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from the authorized Blue Star AC service center. I had high expectations, given that I purchased my AC from a Blue Star dealer 14 years ago, but my recent experience has been far from satisfactory. I called the service center on March 10, 2025, to schedule a service for my home AC. The representative was polite and assured me that my request would be registered as an order. He informed me that a technician would come to my location in two days and would call beforehand. However, when the technician failed to show up on the scheduled day, I received a call the next morning stating that he would come at an unspecified time that day. I was forced to stay home all day, only to receive a call around 5 PM, saying the technician was 30 minutes away. When he finally arrived, he assessed the AC and uninstalled the indoor unit. My request was clear from the beginning: I needed the AC assessed for working condition, cleaned, serviced, and relocated to a different spot. I chose Blue Star for their reputation of professionalism and efficiency, but the technician's approach left me worried about potential messes in my brand new area. After the initial work, I was informed that they could schedule the installation for Friday. I agreed to the Rs. 750 charge for the day's work and made the necessary arrangements to move the AC to a new location 18 KM away. However, on the morning of the installation, I was told that a technician was available, but due to the Attukal festival, I had to change my plans. Despite my efforts, the team failed to show up or even answer my calls. When I expressed my concerns about keeping the new location clean, the representative dismissed my worries, claiming they maintained professionalism and knew how to keep things tidy. However, on the day of the installation, it became evident that they were unprepared. The technician arrived without essential tools, such as a ladder or proper equipment, and did not assess the new location beforehand. When I raised these issues, I was met with condescension and a blame-shifting attitude, as if I were the one at fault for their lack of preparation. This morning, the technician called to inform me they were on their way and would arrive in 30 minutes. However, when I inquired about the necessary parts to mount the AC, I was informed that they had failed to bring those as well. This oversight meant that I now have to wait for another day to complete the installation, further adding to my frustration. Despite being charged a premium for what was supposed to be professional service, I received nothing more than mediocre support. The inefficiency, ego-centered attitude, and overall unprofessionalism of the team were unacceptable. In the end, I decided to cancel their services, and the representative seemed indifferent to my decision. I strongly advise anyone in need of AC services to consider hiring average technicians who are more cost-effective and willing to follow instructions. My experience with Blue Star has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend their service based on my ordeal.

Very bad service experience I registered a complaint for my Bluestar AC more than 24 hours ago. They told me the technician would call the next morning, but I didn’t get any call. I contacted the service center again and they said they would check and update me. It’s been 3 hours since then and still no response. Because of this, I completely wasted my working day. Very poor and pathetic service experience from Bluestar. Not at all satisfied.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service by Cool City Engineers, Pettah, Trivandrum — shocking for an authorized Blue Star service center. On March 9th, 2025, I called them regarding cooling issues with my 1.5-year-old Blue Star AC. A technician visited, claimed it was a gas leakage, filled the gas, charged Rs. 2600/- — and left without fixing the actual leak. No proper bill was given either. Barely a month later, the AC again failed to cool. After raising a complaint through customer care, a different technician quoted Rs. 4500/- for repairs. When I contacted Cool City Engineers about the earlier service, their staff spoke rudely to my mother and arrogantly refused any responsibility, saying gas refills only have a one-week warranty. This is not just bad service — it’s outright cheating under the “authorized service center” tag. Shameful attitude and zero professionalism. Blue Star must seriously reconsider associating with such centers if they care about their reputation. Absolutely do not recommend this service center to anyone.
