Authorised Samsung CE Service Center - Top Coolers

I am came from abroad for vacation and contacted your service centre regarding my refrigerator, which is not cooling properly. The lady who answered the call informed me that complaints can only be accepted if made from the registered mobile number. I fail to understand the logic behind this policy. What should a customer do if the registered number is unavailable or disconnected? I am highly disappointed with this response, as I did not expect such an experience from an international brand known for its customer service standards.

One of the most pathetic services available in Trivandrum, They are unprofessional & rude. We have been waiting for a service from them for 3 days now. They don't respond properly to our calls, no updates nothing ! I wouldn't recommend them at all

Pathetic, unprofessional and substandard!! The worse bunch of folks whom you can rely on when it comes to getting your way around air condition needs, rang blue star customer service as on yesterday, unfortunately these unprofessional bunch were assigned to the call. The issue I was facing - Ants had started inhabiting around the vicinity of AC casing and invertor, finding their way inside via sunshade hole. Top coolers reps opened the back casing cleaned filters, apparently they found a hole beneath the casing to which they quick fixed the same with i helped them with white cement . I cross checked with them while they were parting if its fine now.They retreated after I paid them their fee. After an hour army of ants were seen emanating inside the air condition, with a 60 days old toddler at home i was petrified. I called top coolers over 5 times to which no satisfactory responses were provided. Even called the MD to let him know about the dire situation to which he replied on his own words ' Ants are coming from outside, what can we do '. I explained him about the toddler at home, and his casual answer was we will see. Never ever call them for any of your needs, if they are assigned to you by your brand deny their service upright. They aren't compassionate, hearing and professional as it became apparent today they operate only to make some quick bucks.

1.They force us to do new copper pipe fitting for new AC installation, they don't accept the old copper pipe which was in use with old AC, and that copper pipe is in good condition. For making money they are doing this. If we refuse then they say you will not be eligible for warrenty/ guarantee. 2. Cost for new copper coil is 500 rs per meter, but they charge 1200 + GST, 3. From shop they said installation cost will be 850 rs, but finally they charged me 7500 + tax

The promptness should be appreciated. Had a faulty ac breakup with water leaking down the vent(somehow). These guys informed me at first that service would only be possible for the next day. But when i requested them to do it sooner, as we had a guest. They came by noon and quickly serviced and cleared the issue. Truly a lifesaver.
