The staff was very helpful and saw what it was we were looking for....also helped with available discounts....and immediately after the product was delivered home and installation was done we noticed the scratches that was on the fridge we ordered...we thought the procedure for replacement was pretty simple but no. It's the worst customer service that any company could ever have, once you have purchased a product DO NOT EVER EXPECT A REPLACEMENT OR ANY SERVICES RELATED TO THAT PRODUCT... They will not help at all, on day 15 of purchasing the fridge our numbers were blocked by the support staff and we physically had to go to the store....we went and were able to find a staff that was willing to try on our behalf, after plenty of arguments at the store we finally agreed when they informed that the product would reach the next day. The replacement arrived however this time instead of small scratches they've included a huge dent on the fridge. Today is day 17 of making the purchase, when I call to ask about this, I'm told that I have done my due responsibility of seeing to it that the fridge was inspected and delivered, yet they miss on such a big dent?? I don't understand if this is some kind of revenge, but it definitely is the worst experience ever, given that you're not allowed to use the fridge for daily purposes and that they extended this for as long as 17 days and counting.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Also products were branded and good quality. I am very happy with my purchase of a food mixture. Got 4 years of warranty which makes me feel like it's very good quality. Thank you team Ideal Home Appliances.

My experience at Ideal home appliances was a nightmare.Nice to customer till the purchase, delivery time onwards they will supply a junk piece with scratch marks and justify that is how the product comes. Ask for replacement,they will bring a even more damaged piece. And you will be stuck with a completely useless product..

We purchased a washing machine worth ₹42,000 from Ideal Home Appliances. When we asked about the complimentary gift, they gave us just two towels. For such a high-value purchase, this feels extremely disappointing and disrespectful to customers. This is not the kind of service or appreciation one expects after spending a decent amount. Utterly shameful experience.

I came to your shop on Tuesday morning, 7/10/2025. I came to buy a mixer. I bought it and there was no problem until then. When I paid the bill, I can say that I was in a bad situation. The lady who is standing there as a receptionist. She takes my phone and tells me to leave a review. My time is very busy. She even cries and rejects my time, she doesn't need to know that. They brought it to a point where they said, "I'll just take my phone and leave a review." Ideal Home Appliances has gone this badly. All the staff behaved well, but in the end, everyone's respect for them was gone because of that one person. I told my friend to tell me about this. Once when I went to see HR, that lady behaved in two ways towards customers and those who came to see the manager. Immediately said that it was to meet HR. Even asking what was the matter, he sat there.. sat there.. this one conversation. The conversation that it was enough to go for that lady's convenience. Without sitting there and calling HR. The rest of the staff were joking and laughing. Such a bad experience. I realized yesterday. I came to your shop looking for good reviews and now I understand how this review came about. The receptionist doesn't even have the courtesy of the cleaning staff there. Very bad....I won't be coming to the Ideal Kaithamuk shop again..❌❌❌❌❌🤮
