I used their service recently and it was a very good experience. Two technicians, Nidhin and Midhun, first came to check the problem. They were very polite and professional. The issue was a bee infestation. They took the AC for repair and then came back two days later, exactly on time, and fixed it back properly. Their service is affordable, and the technicians were very polite and professional.

Connected for Basic AC Servicing and maintenance over Google chat and they responded immediately with the details of time slots they could come. Since we were not able to find a convenient time , they agreed to come on Sunday ( even though they Normally do only emergency service calls on Sunday). The technician, Mr Santhosh called one day ahead and enquired on the issue and reconfirmed on my availability . During the visit, he was very thorough in his work, gave me multiple options on repair and even mentioned that many of these works are not urgent and thus did not push for any un-necessary work or cost
