Bought 4 AC’s from them for a newly constructed home. Pathetic experience to say the least on AC installation bit. It’s a nightmare since the time I have placed the order, no coordination between sales and installation staff. First you waste time on following up for installation and then you experience such a poor work by them. Piping work done by them spoiled the whole wall, this is after you pay hefty price for installation. Mitsubishi good name is getting spoiled by this Intercool Thane unit and they need to serious reconsider their partnership with them.

I was looking for Mitsubishi Heavy Duty 1 ton AC as we have been using the same for past 10 years and needed to install in another room also. I searched a lot on Ecommerce sites also visited Croma and Vijay sales however, with so many options I was quite confused. I googled to find who else has Mitsubishi ACs and found Intercool Solution and spoke to Mr. Raj. and visited their shop. Mr. Raj has immense knowledge on Ac's, his recommendations are 10 on 10. He suggested me to go for Mitsubishi Electric 0.8 ton inverter model as per my room size and he suggested that it will be good enough to cool the room. I was bit skeptical on choosing 0.8 ton that too electric as I was looking for 1 ton in heavy duty. However, I purchased 0.8 ton basis Mr. Rajs recommendations and his knowledge convinced me to go for it. The way they have installed the pipes and that too good quality ones I have never seen such kind of amazing work before. Attached a picture for reference. I must say I do not regret considering Mr. Rajs recommendations the ACs performance is brilliant its so so chilled for a 100 sq.ft room size that we keep our Ac temperature above 27 degree but still it's so chilled. I do recommend visiting intercool solution and consult with Mr. Raj before purchasing the Ac as he will give you best recommendations to you as to which Ac will be the best for your room size.
