I called Devansh Air Cool for oven repair. The technician first said the panel had to be replaced and quoted ₹2200, so I asked to keep the old panel. Then he changed his statement and said he would repair the same panel instead of replacing it, but still wanted ₹2200, which I felt was too high for just a repair. When I questioned the pricing, he suddenly said, “Give me my visit charges, I have to go.” The behavior was unprofessional, and the communication felt misleading. Not a good experience, and I would not recommend based on this interaction.

Third class service, only interested to take money and providing zero service. I called main person Ashish and he sent his employee at my home for RO service. His employee came and suggested me to change the filters, I agreed and he just replaced the filters. Post that also my issue is same and no improvement. I called multiple times to the employee and Ashish both. But no body is responding once payment done. Totally disappointed with the service. I suggest everyone not to use their services, they are just interested in money and not in service.

They did the work promptly and neatly and was very genuine unlike other AC vendors who usually simply replace one or the other thing or say gas needs to be filled. After service the cooling is top notch. Charged 650 per AC.
