Service is very much satisfactory and the executive is polite.

Very bad experience!! Despite of trying so many calls from last 4 days for servicing I'm not getting any response from the servicing team/staff. One of the team members naming Bharati mentioned on call that someone will come within 2-3 days for servicing. But there's nobody responding neither anybody came for the same. How to contact ? at least there should be a registered mail id where customers can raise a complaint officially. The co-ordination from the servicing team is so unprofessional

I would say very very expensive and bit harsh in their approach, When you call such services you expect a better hand holding along with better understanding but in my case both were not their..no much appreciated
