Very disappointed with my Carrier 1 Ton 3-Star AI Flexicool Inverter AC. Despite multiple visits from the third-party agency Smart Cool, the E1 error persists. I was asked to buy a stabilizer and even replaced the PCB, but the problem remains unresolved. No permanent solution has been provided, and the senior technician hasn’t visited yet. Definitely not satisfied with the service.
