Bad service experience They have sent untrained staff for servicing making home messy, water on wooden window and floor flooded with water. Even thought i wasn’t satisfied by service which their office staff accepted vorkup technicians fault, demanding more money. Very unprofessional company.

First , Last & worst service experience ever had and their on call person just pathetic!! Even they don’t hesitate saying we have number of customers like you !! No regret on voice for inconvenience to customer!! No return call from them any single time for last one week conversation!! Pls book from OEM service team or local persons , they atleast listen at your query !!!

Please do not call them for washing machine service Totally useless They are only washing with water and some useless chemicals. The technician was not able to open central dish of Tub to clean Then also they charged full amount. What they shows in video, we are not getting exactly the same. I called them for washing machine service After serving, Pathetic response from them Not even picking up my calls and also not responding on WhatsApp at serviceable time before 7:00 pm
