My friend had a frustrating experience with Reliance resQ Service Centre (COCO). The original AC issue wasn’t fixed as expected, and instead, they were presented with additional repairs, leading to significantly higher charges than other services in the market. Despite paying these extra costs, the AC problem remained unresolved. They were hoping for better service and fair pricing but were left disappointed. Based on this, they wouldn’t recommend this service.

Worst service ever. They keep assigning task to different persons and service got delayed for 2-3 days. Moreover customer care have no answer to your queries. They are not able to co-ordinate task. Even after receiving message for installation in 24 hours they do not appear for 2-3 days.

Very pathetic service, my 6 service request got cancelled without any solution and without my concern, also talked to seniors from Mumbai/Delhi also don't have proper answers to my queries .
