I had a bad service experience with Bluma. On Sep 3 I booked a same-day visit, but no one called or came. The next two days there was no update. On the third day Bluma said they would visit only if I bought their AMC, even though my outdoor PCB is under warranty. I called O General support. They said a standard visit charge applies and I agreed to pay it. Bluma still did not schedule a visit. This wasted time and the AC is still not fixed. O General support also told me the dealer cannot make AMC a condition. Charging a visit fee is allowed, but forcing an AMC is not. The support person handling my case kept closing my requests with the wrong reason. On my first call he did not explain the full warranty. I learned about the PCB warranty only after another AC service provider advised me to confirm it with O General. Tip for others: If a dealer pressures you to buy an AMC, call O General support and ask them to assign a different authorized service center. Anyway, I was able to fix my AC issue through other AC services provider. Consider this before buying an AC from Bluma. They pressure customers into AMC contracts for services , even if you're willing to pay for individual service visits.

Worst. Would have rated negative if possible. They will not deliver your goods for months. They will not install them for months. No response from their customer care. Will go to consumer court against them.
