DON'T WASTE MONEY HERE...!!! (see attached photos of their service) I recently (Feb 2025) called this person to service my AC, and I clearly said that I want to service my AC (both indoor & outdoor units) with a proper WATER JET. When a person came, without checking anything, he touched something in the outside unit and said, "There is NO GAS"... in just 5 seconds of his arrival, he wanted to loot me with fake issues in AC... I said there is superb cooling; I don't think any issue with gas... after some time, he said, "Yes, cooling is there"... When he started opening the indoor unit, he said, "I will do NORMAL SERVICE as there was no need for water jet service in the indoor unit"... I clearly mentioned over the call that "I want Water Jet Service only as a new home constructed next to my house so just want to make sure that my AC works well in upcoming summer session"... After arguing and explaining him 5-6 times, he agreed to clean with water jet with no mood at all...He wanted to complete everything as soon as possible. After completing the water jet on both units, they didn't clean the outdoor unit fan and it's Jali at all... He said, "water motor ke under chala jayega", so I agreed that okay, don't clean with water, but at least clean with a wet cloth... He said, "Uska jarurat nahi he, main condenser ka kam hota he jo mene water jet se clean kar diya, outdoor unit ke fan ka kam sirf air ko bahar nikalna he bas"... this is what he is explaining to me instead of servicing properly... (see photos attached, photos are taken after their service completed) After arguing with him for 5 minutes, he started cleaning the outdoor unit BODY...just BODY with cloth with no interest... then I said, "Air blower to mere pas bhi pada he, me bhi khud itna kar sakta tha"... so what he replied he shocking... he said "Aaj kal aap log sab kuch kar sakete he na, hamanri kaha jarurat he"... after listening this I had to tell him to stop working and had to let him go.. So I would recommend you to call other guys instead of this and DON'T WASTE MONEY...
