Excellent service & very good behavior of all technicians

I could not hold myself to write a review because of the unprofessional behavior of this shop. I was lucky that I skipped through there trap. They made me believe that my AC is not working because there may have leak in the coil on the outdoor unit as it is made of aluminium. Because of the aluminium it is certain that it will leak in 3-4 years after buying the AC. As a non technical person I believed on their logic and agreed to change the coil. They estimated a hefty amount for that and promised me to change it within 1-2 days. But I was lucky that they did not able to find the replacement coil. Because they were taking so much time and also after 3rd day they stop responding to my calls, I decided to work with other technician. Out of surprise, I got to know from the new technician that there is a minor leak on the copper pipe and after repair my AC will work fine. Now its been 2 months my AC is working perfectly. It was my fault that I did not read all the reviews carefully from other reviewers before contacting them, therefore writing this review to save other people for their hard earned money.

Charge high replacement/servicing cost for parts much more than the actual market price...better to go for other honest technicians
