Brought a new gas stove on 18th, later found its one burner was dysfunctional, contacted them and initially they sent their mechanic. But i was not satisfied with using a new product which had to be repaired. I went back to shop initially they denied any return or refund but later on 22nd they called and agreed to return with full refund. If u have any issue with model and products u purchase simply talk to the manager inside and get your things sorted because the other staff over there i found them lacking basic behavior of treating their customers be it senior citizen or whosever. Know your rights and be a careful attentive buyer guys it will save your time and energy.

My family member purchase Two Burner gas Chulha of 18-08-2025, But product is very deffected items. I mett shop owner but not retunrn gas Chulha.
