Selling 1st copy fake appliances. They will never respond to your calls post sales. Your money will be wasted. Buy from reliance digital or authorised showroom but not from these local fake shops.

1. Product (A/c) wasn't sealed packed. Hence you cannot be sure if you are buying a geniune or 2nd hand product. This doesn't happen only with Kamaliyaa but with every electronic store in Ranchi. 2. Bored staffs. Asking them twice is a crime. Very condescending. 3. Owner was good. But he claimed he is selling the product cheaper than any online platforms (Flipkart/Amazon) which I took in face value, only to return home & find out it's actually less in Flipkart. You also get Peace of mind because every Online product comes sealed packed. 4. Installation team overcharged us, but I won't give Kamaliyaa bad ratings for that because the installation guys said they are from the service centre(Voltas). 5. Both the phone numbers they provide in their bill is out of service.

Would like to share terrible after sales experience at Kamalia sons. They did everything to get the billing done on the same day , promised seamless delivery and demo of product however the experience later is totally opposite of what was promised. We bought refrigerator from Panasonic and it was not delivered the same day but next day late evening and the demo guy never showed up nor did he called after delivery. The demo guys did checked and called before delivery but after delivery there was no update at all. Would not recommend to buy any product from Kamalia sons just because of post sales experience. Even after multiple follow ups and calls no one came for demo and redirected us to different operators who didn’t pay attention at all Poor poor service

A store to buy high-class electronic products in Ranchi. They offer a range of electronic products of varied brands. Their products as well as customer service are excellent! In my opinion, the one way in which this store can improve its customer service is by not allowing dealers to promote their own brand and let down the others'. It's always my word against yours that happens amongst the dealers thereby confusing the customers of which brand to go for. This advise may not be feasible however, it is something I have faced it personally at the shop a couple of times.

This shop has almost all the electronic items but the customer service is awful. They will promise to deliver and install the items you purchase within a day, but the item will only be delivered next day and for installation you will need to call again and again and again Buy from someplace else if possible Don't go to the shop. DON'T GO THERE
