I'm 8level Google Guide very Quickly I became 9level Google Guide. This is my honest real review Before I visit this place for repairing my HP LAPTOP 4-5shop firstly they doesn't have so many man power for repairing my laptop. They all said you have to left the laptop 2-3days for repairing diagnosis the laptop, But I want repairing my laptop infront of my eye Also my home is not in Ranchi I'm too far away from shop I want they repair my laptop as quick as quick This all happened when I visit this Shop Thx u BITS SOLUTION 🙂 They have 3shop one for enquiry, one for repairing and one for us means for waiting or resting room. My HP laptop Dead can't open I gave them for repairing nearly afternoon 2:30PM ma'am said 5bje se pahle ban jayega mainy mann m kaha aree itni jldi waah I resting in waiting room and unofficially inaugurate that room Nearly 1-1.5 hours later they said your we done. I have only one issue they take little bit more money for repairing my laptop is dead but I know my laptop have ic problem, so affordable price tag is not suitable for this shop But overall experience is quite good 🙂 thx u Mandal jee.....

Almost half of the screws are missing from the laptop provided for repair after receiving. Update: The whole hard disk bracket, and caddy is missing. I wish I could give them zero stars. They basically stole parts from my laptop.

Awesome Service and good facilities provided and 2nd hand laptop

I went there with my Asus laptop, my laptop was dead, not turning on. In service centre they quoted me 17000 for the repair. I came here and then they informed me the actual issue which was regarding the motherboard. They took my laptop and resolved my issue in less than 1.5 hrs. The amount which I paid is 1/4th of the amount which the service centre people quoted me. Do visit if you have any issues with you laptop, pc etc
