Service good and fast , mob looking just like a fully new. Highly satisfied..

Location - PP Compound, can be easily visited. Entrance - On ground floor, Handicap Friendly Entrance not available. Ambiance - Nice, well lighted, AC and soft Music were working. Staff and Services - I punched a Smartphone, was given different alternatives, demos, and offer details. Staffs were well groomed and behaved. Had knowledge about the product, didn't just tried to push the product. Products - Not all but most of the latest products were available.

All staff aur very good behavior coprative Naina mam kind ...and intelligent. My phone repair with in 1 hours I am very happy ...I give 5 star for this service center....Balaji mobile excellent service center

Very poor service .The internal screen on my Fold 7 is not functioning. No engineer is available at the service center. They always give me a new date and tell me to go to a different service center. The people at Balaji service center say not to tell the other service center that there is no engineer here.

All service men are robot and only deliver same answer on any questions asked during off-hour of the service.... my phone hanged and touch was not responding. And due to new update I didn't knew how to restart so I went to this service store on Sunday. There service was closed but store had two sales men ...and I just asked them how to restart the phone ...and all they answered was "aap, Monday ko 11 bje se 7 baje tk aa skte h service k liye .Mai avi nahi bta skta". I genuinely asked them the genuine question how to restart the phone and they kept on saying the same answer to come on the service hour period.....very bad experience...
