Highly satisfied with the oppo service. They do the service very fast and efficiently. Also they do some services complimentary too like cleaning of mobile phone etc. You will find complimentary games, water, coffee inside the service center which will make you engage. Well the employees here are kind and very helpful but some will find it not comfortable but you'd understand if you've ever done a job like them. They are there to convince the customer for their damage or whatever theirs problem and give best customer service to the public. They also have to follow the company's rules and regulations. I visited this place because there's some problem in my earbuds. They said we'll have to send it to the main branch of the company (Delhi) and it will take about a week but it's been a 2 weeks there's no response so I talked to the senior to the head branch and under 30 minutes they gave me a new seal packed Earbuds. I have also visited this place before with the same problem with same earbuds and they changed it within 24 hours. So, sometimes it's not that better but some time it is.

I would like to specially appreciate the behaviour and support of the reception staff, Ms. Kajal Kumari. She was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Her clear communication and positive attitude made the experience smooth and comfortable. She patiently guided me with all the required information and ensured I felt valued as a customer. Excellent customer service from her side — truly commendable!

All the staff of the service center are very good and they provide very fast service. The environment here is very good.
