LG Service Centre - LG Washing Machine Ac Refrigerator Microwave Led Lcd Repair & Service Center

Guys! This is a fraud ! I swear If I could give 0 stars. You can yourself call LG support and confirm, this centre is not even officially registered. They stole the part from our refrigerator. Then they didn’t even respond. I asked the customer care, they said nor my complaint was registered and nor does this LG centre exist in their database.

It's a fraud service centre, they sent their tecnician immediately but the tecnician was a fraud who does not have any idea what he is doing, also the replacement parts are old and not original and if you call them later they simply deny that no complaint was registered by us. I have paind rs 1400 from Gpay to the tecnician waqur yunus without receiving any receipt. I request all of you please if you need any reparing service directly call to toll free service centre directly, or be ready for cheating 😔

These people are very rude and they don't have manner to talk to the customers..I called them for LG tv screen repair issue and without listening to my concerns the lady disconnected my call..I called multiple times and she didnt receive the call

Fraud service center never trust them they took extra amount for ac installation but installation was not done properly water leaking from my ac

The technicians are NOT PROFESSIONAL, not having good knowledge. They only know how to replace a whole set of parts (instead of finding the actual issues). Everyone knows if you replace certain big parts from your machine then it will certainly work -- but it will cost huge. The role of a good technician is to find the exact fault and repair it with minimum replacement and cost. Also, the technician is having the habit of LYING. Please tell the truth always. Customer will certainly understand your JHUT in time. You feel yourself smart as the customer did not catch you at that moment -- but time is the ultimate teacher! Don't cheat the customers. Try to improve service quality and most importantly, FAITH. Otherwise, your business will suffer largely.
