I have purchased 2 ac 1.5 & 1.8 from freez India store rajkot both ac are duplicate & both ac are damage

I have purchased two 1 one ton AC from FREEZE INDIA Rajkot Gujarat Showroom on dated 03.01.2023. Both AC installation has been done on 17.01.2023. After installation and During the starting of AC one unit indoor PCB has been blown suspected wrong wring connection by installation team. After that registered complain to resolve the issue and on 18.01.2023 indoor PCB has been replaced with new PCB. After that started AC but there is no cooling. Further checking it is observed that Coolant Gas has been leaked from unit. After that again registered complain to resolve the issue and filling gas. As both AC installation is not satisfactory as per DAIKIN company standard installation guideline so requested FREEZE INDIA Rajkot Gujarat Showroom to do re-installation with new copper piping and power cable without any joints.(Paid 7000 Rupees for new copper piping). After that started both AC and observed cooling for 2 two hours at that time cooling is satisfactory. As new interior and furniture work is in progress for my new flat so i did not switch on AC for 25 days. Today I started AC and it is observed that one AC unit is not cooling properly suspected coolant gas leaked. Registered service request for cooling problem. Really I am not happy at all with service provided by FREEZE INDIA Rajkot Gujarat Showroom. Daikin brand name is really trusted brand in AC all over the world there is no doubt about it. But the way Installation and service has been provided by FREEZE INDIA Rajkot Gujarat Showroom it is totally spoiling reputation of Daikin AC brand name. I totally disappointed with service provided by FREEZE INDIA Rajkot Gujarat Showroom. I want to give negative Start rating but there is no option for it.
