Very bad experience with this AC service. ₹1200 for AC fitting is fine and ₹600 for dismounting was also acceptable. But then they suddenly added ₹500 extra ONLY for stand fitting — which was never informed earlier. This ₹500 was a hidden charge, so total labour became ₹2300. Even after charging extra, the work quality was not proper. The engineers were rude, and instead of providing proper service, they kept trying to sell accessories (stand, pipe, etc.) at almost double the normal market price. The tap was not wrapped correctly and the wire was not covered properly — just look at the pictures I posted. Very poor and unprofessional workmanship. When I tried to complain to the owner, he simply said this is how they work and everything is normal. He even admitted that their engineer overcharges customers and they cannot control it. They also refused to provide any bill/invoice. In the end, they take no responsibility — they blame each other internally, but the customer has to suffer extra charges and poor service. Hidden charges + poor service + zero accountability. I honestly wish I could give a negative rating. Not recommended at all.

The charges are quite high and the service quality was disappointing. The work didn’t feel professional at all. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Pricing is on the higher side and the overall service was below expectations. The workmanship wasn’t professional, and I’m not satisfied. Not recommended.

A wholesome irresponsible service. The engineer shouts at the customer saying he wont let your stuff done or issue resolved. Highly unprofessional highly inconvenient. Only wish if there were negative ratings for this company.

Irresponsible behaviour of staff. Double check your appliance after repair. Sometimes they do not repair properly. Do check all bolts are fitted properly or not.
