This samsung service centre doesnt even deserve 1 star.Its written authorised samsung service centre but there work is more like a third party repair centre 1.They dont have any Token system for attending customers 2.My job sheet was created after my request at the end of service.They dont care about company policies like filling job sheet at the beggining,Mentioning complaints and dents in job sheet,Taking consent from customers before service. 3.My phone had a battery draining issue only and physically fine They took for software update inside with and given me back after an hour and i found my back panel back panel open.Now they said it is open and charged me for that also. Pathetic customare care service👎🏻

My Samsung Galaxy S22 developed a pink vertical line on the display. An authorized Samsung service centre officially confirmed this as DISPLAY LINE ISSUE, and the job sheet clearly mentions NO physical damage. This is a manufacturing defect, yet Samsung is asking the consumer to pay ₹9,000–₹11,000 for display replacement, offering only a 25% discount and closing the case repeatedly. This is unfair and disappointing handling of a confirmed defect. Thank you for the response. This issue has already been raised multiple times via calls, emails, Twitter, CEO escalation and National Consumer Helpline. The display defect is officially confirmed by an authorized Samsung service centre as DISPLAY LINE ISSUE, and the job sheet clearly mentions NO physical damage. Despite this, I am still being offered only a 25% discount and asked to pay ₹9,000–₹11,000 for a manufacturing defect. I request Samsung to resolve this issue on merit instead of redirecting to another channel.

Excellent service at the Samsung Service Centre. I visited for an adapter exchange and the staff guided me clearly through the process. The turnaround time was quick and the service was efficient. Appreciate the professionalism and customer support provided.

I had made advance payment of 1500 Rs. for Samsung M51 Battery (Rs. 2800) on 13.09.2025. I was asked to come after 10 days. They should have contacted me reg. the status. So I called them after 15 days to know the availability of battery and they informed me that the battery is not in stock and Money can be refunded through UPI. So I waited for more than 20 days and contacted them thrice for refund during this period. They told me that Our sir is not available so we can't refund right now. Today on 25.10.2025 I remainded them for the same and they answered me that they can't refund through UPI and You have to come to the center after 5:30pm to get the refund in cash, as cash is not available right now. So I've to visit the center just for refund of 1500. So much waste of my time and their service was just pathetic. Samsung Customer also didn't helped in this matter.
