Bluestar has a horrible products and worst is there support team. they will take 45-50 days just to get a part for an item which is in warranty. This is when location is no near to their warehouse and headquarters. God help the customers in the remote locations. Wont recommend it, dont buy bluestar products. They have bunch of good for nothing people on payroll. at least thats what i can say for Pune staff.
