Most Horrible Experience Ever! I have been chasing the company for over 5 days just to get my new TV installed, and no one has shown up yet. I first received a message from the company with an installation person’s phone number — when I called him, he refused, saying it’s not his department. This number was shared officially by the company, which makes it even more disappointing. After 3 days, I received another message from Akansha, who said my request was logged late and assured me someone would visit the same day. No one came. The next day, I tried calling her — she didn’t pick up. Her senior Neha’s number was also shared, but she too didn’t answer. Even Chetan Babar from the same message didn’t respond to multiple calls. I have tried calling each of them 4–5 times, yet no one has called back or bothered to resolve the issue. It’s been over 5 days, and my new TV is still not installed. I’m writing this review hoping someone from the company finally takes responsibility and helps complete the installation.

LG claims to be a trusted brand, but their after-sales service is careless and unsafe. Not only is the product defective, but the staff also showed no accountability. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting reliability and support, not life-threatening risks and arrogant service. Very poor service from LG. Totally dissatisfied. Would never recommend LG to anyone.

I have visited for a new remote for AC.still waiting for the call for it But I think there is no phone in shop.this needs to be taken care Else customers can't visit daily for the order

Very irresponsible attitude. Charged 5000rs for washing machine repair and parts. No improvement and problem remains same. The supervisor "Ram" committed refund. Later stopped pick up the call as well. After multiple calls no one has visited. We are doomed with the unnecessary charges. With such attitude LG brand's name is spoiled as cannot get the service even from authorized center. Will not recommend to visit them for any service.

For 10 minutes work of TV installation, Visited after 4 days.
