*** Fraud Alert *** I had replaced my TV display screen (43 inch) with Unique. I was been told without warranty cost Rs 9500/- and with warranty costs Rs 11500/-. I paid extra and took the 1 year warranty option. Now these fraud people are denying to pick my calls as soon as i said its covered under warranty. And the best trick they will play with you is: Bill will be given in the name of “Unique Supports Center” and the actual shop name is “Unique Electro Services”. You wont notice it while purchasing but once you call them back for warranty claim of their cheap repair products. You will be told “it doesn’t belong to us. You are mistaken”. Similar case has happened with others as well. Check reviews. Such shady business should be closed.. Bad luck to you guys for cheating customers. Dont even think of taking a chance. No moral at all
