Purchased an split AC from here and after delivery they didn't take pain for installation and sent a highly unproffessional and incompitent mechanic through Cool City AC service centre After 3 day, I have to complain before Voltas company and surprised to know that for installation of my AC, request was not made by this dealer in Voltas authorized service system I doubt that they had sent unauthorised mechanic for installation
