They are the worst service providers. They close the service request by saying some lame excuses like your pincode is wrong,your address is wrong .when we ask them what is next option,they say that they close the ticket and they send their technician. First the technician says FRT failure after changing it ,he says that S.V had to be changed again filter and adapter were changed and the bill for the 3 parts ,they charged for me 2750/- rupees again we did not get water so he told me that the motor pump had to be changed and charged 3000 rupees.i paid totally 5750/- .There is no spare parts price list with the technician and he did give me the bill. I have been asking them for the bill since April 25 th 2024,they have not sent me when we contact the customer support simply they say us to speak to the service provider. I personally had been cheated by them 2 times they had collected the money for one accessory during warranty period. I request the people don't purchase Bluestar water purifier in Nellore because the service provider is the fraudster even Bluestar is a reputed company should not have such service providers.
