Reliance resQ Service Center - Royal Electronics

Bough a plan for my AC. AC came for repair in 4 months. Complained immediately it has been 5 months since compliant raised and it is not resolved since. Very bad service no use don’t recommend at all.

Horrible service centre Would have given zero stars if it had provided, Service Manager Mr.Naveen has absolutely Zero customer handling skills and not at all fit to deal with any customer, not alone us, Very Rude and mannerless, we wonder how Reliance digital and resQ had appointed him in such a position. We had given our samsung Qled 52 inchs worth of 1 Lakh plus which was covered under ResQ extended warranty on 27th June 2025 after samsung service personnel had intimated us that the display panel of the TV has to be replaced, till to this date which is 12 August 2025 There is no response from the ResQ service team on the delivery date of the repaired product. We had been constantly asking them regarding the status of the repair, to which they always say it has to be approved by brand ResQ which is part of reliance digital. If you ask me my advice, Don't buy anything from Reliance digital or get any extended warranty from ResQ. We are emotionally exhausted with their service and products which they sold to us.

Worst service center in the world, I faced issues, it is not worth a single star, but there is no option for 0 star .Now I am facing a problem with Toshiba TV l, I opened a ticket on 30-12-24, they closed the ticket without giving any solution, again on 22-2-25 I have another ticket for it, On 23-2-25 they took the TV away, 16 days later nothing

Worrest service center in the entire world,I have faced two issues,it will not worth of single star, but there no option for 0 star 1. First issue with fridge, it took around 4 to 5 months 2 .now I am facing an issue with BPL tv l, I have opened a tkt on oct 28, without providing any resolution they have closed the ticket,and again Nov 18 I have another ticket for it,no one is responding and tracking on it.
