Chill out sales & AC Repair service in kamothe And Navi mumba

Very disappointing service. The technician lacked proper knowledge and could not fix the fridge issue. Despite charging a service fee, the problem remained unresolved. Follow-ups were ignored, and there was no accountability. I would not recommend this service to anyone. They are cheating with customer, they are taking you money and will not give good service. And if ask for a refund they will ignore your calls. I request do not take any services from them.

Called them to remove and reinstall the AC outdoor unit after grill fitting. During reinstallation, gas leaked due to their mistake. Technician later admitted they should have checked the suction valve beforehand. They quoted Rs. 1,600 for a suction valve. Another AC technician confirmed the same part costs around Rs. 400. I immediately stopped the work. Mistakes happen, but trying to mislead and overcharge customers is unacceptable. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.

Very bad service I repaired fridge before 1 month n after that it stopped working twice. They don't share invoice n warranty card so first ask them invoice n warranty card then only make the payment. When I called them to come again as parts are on warranty they are not coming. Please check everything properly and then only make the payment.
