Very bad experience... 1)even after calling thousands times they dont pick up the phone 2) after placing order for mobiles they dont even bother to call back or inform 3) no other contact number other then mention ed on google and even that number is not reachable 4) very bad experience from store

Sorry, but we had a less than helpful / satisfactory experience at the CCM reliance digital store. We were looking to buy a compact handheld vacuum cleaner and wanted to seek more information ( parts wattage, price,service warranty, serial number etc.)about the displayed products. However the representative was constantly distracted on phone ( perhaps there was a meeting going on) and kept ignoring our questions. Ultimately the representative just walked away and never to be seen. So we walked away empty handed. Sorry reliance you lost a vacuum cleaner customer. Offering 2 stars because the service in the grocery section was good. Hope their sales manager fixes this, considering the stiff competition from online marketplaces.

Extremely bad and untrustworthy store. They are mis selling electronic items. A big brand like Reliance Digital should be ashamed of allowing such unethical practices and zero accountability at store level. Management here either does not know what is happening or does not care, both are dangerous for customers. Personally I will never visit or recommend this outlet again.

Dear Reliance ResQ Team, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the delayed service for my Aquaguard EDEN water purifier, purchased two years ago from Reliance Digital CCM, Nashik. At the time of purchase, I was advised to opt for an extended 5-year warranty, which included prompt service and coverage for all essential components, including filters. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past 20 days, the filter replacement has not been carried out. My children are suffering due to impurity of consuming water.I have contacted the call centre, and I am informed that my complaint has been registered and that a service engineer will visit shortly. However, no action has been taken to date. I kindly request that the filter replacement be addressed at the earliest time to avoid further inconvenience. If the issue remains unresolved, I may be compelled to escalate this matter through formal channels. Thank you for your attention and prompt resolution. Parvez Ahmed
